Welcome to Mighty Tendril Massage & Bodywork! I’m thrilled to have you join me for your wellness journey. 

My compassion-based massage therapy practice utilizes the transformative power of empathetic touch with an intuitive flow, combining Swedish and deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy along with aspects from craniosacral therapy, thai, and shiatsu to tailor each session to your current needs. Cupping is also available when requested on your intake form.

My office is in downtown Hillsborough: 121 North Churton Street, Suite 107, Hillsborough, NC 27278. The entrance is behind the Mercantile Center, on the King St. public parking lot side of the building through the door under the red awning.

For new clients:

• Please complete your intake form online when booking. Arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time will allow ample time to discuss your health history and massage preferences with me. Doing so will help me better understand your needs, any medical conditions or concerns you may have, and any specific areas of tension or discomfort you would like us to focus on during your massage session.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. I understand emergencies may arise, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs.

• Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the massage process. I want you to feel comfortable and informed throughout your experience with me.
